What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, grown from carbon using CVD or HPHT technology rather than mined from the earth. It has the same crystal structure, hardness and sparkle as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same 4Cs: cut, colour, clarity and carat.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They are chemically, physically and optically the same as mined diamonds. Only their origin is different.
Is the gold hallmarked?
Every Oreya piece is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID number, which you can check in the BIS CARE app.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange a piece within 10 days of delivery, with free pickup. After that, our Lifetime Exchange and Buyback policy applies.
Can I customise a design?
Yes. Use the Customise button on any product page to message our team on WhatsApp about stones, metal or size.
