Products and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Website are accurate. However, minor variations in weight, colour, size or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Prices are subject to change without notice based on current metal and gemstone rates. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of GST. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, Oreya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your card charged. If you have been charged, a full refund will be issued.

Offers and Promotions

All offers, discounts, and promotional schemes on Oreya are valid only for a limited period and on select designs. Offer details and eligible designs may change or be withdrawn without prior notice. Certain offers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions. Oreya reserves the right to modify or terminate any offer at its discretion. 

Orders, Payments, and Security

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or approved digital wallets.

We use secure payment gateways to ensure transaction safety. However, Oreya is not responsible for any data breach or security issue on the part of payment service providers. In case of cancellation by Oreya after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

PAN Requirement

As per Government of India guidelines, a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) must be provided for all jewellery purchases of ₹2,00,000 and above. Failure to provide this may result in order cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products safely and promptly to your provided address.

• We partner with secure logistics providers (BVC, Sequel, Blue Dart) to deliver your order.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.

• Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the product is delivered.

• Every shipment is fully insured, packed in tamper-proof packaging, and delivered through trusted courier partners. We offer free shipping across India.

For security, shipments may require signature and ID proof upon delivery.

Force Majeure: Oreya shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, pandemics, floods, government restrictions, or failure of third-party logistics partners.

Cancellation, Return & Refund

You may cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, but you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

For returns, issues regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. General return requests for unworn, unused items with original tags intact must be raised within 7 days. Personalized, engraved, or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

For eligible returns, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Refund processing takes 7–10 business days after the product is received and successfully passes our quality verification.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oreya, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising out of your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.
