Made-to-Order Policy

At Oreya, certain pieces from our collection are specially crafted on a made-to-order basis. These pieces are designed and produced exclusively for you after your order is confirmed.

1. Production Process

  • Production begins only after full payment confirmation.

  • Each piece is carefully handcrafted by our artisans, ensuring high quality and precision.

  • Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on the design’s complexity and customization requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full advance payment is required for all made-to-order items at the time of placing the order.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, the final metal weight or gemstone carat may vary slightly from the estimated product details. The final invoice amount will be adjusted based on the actual final weight.

  • If the final weight is lower than estimated, the differential amount will be refunded to your original payment method. If the final weight is higher, a secure payment link for the balance due will be shared with you, and the order will be dispatched once the balance is cleared

3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage upon delivery, it must be reported within 72 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video. Upon successful inspection and verification, we will offer a replacement piece, not a refund.

  • Made-to-order items are considered final sale items.

  • Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted.


4. Design & Weight Variations

  • As each piece is handcrafted, there may be minor variations (up to 10–15%) in weight or design from the original product image.

  • Such differences are normal and do not qualify as a defect.

5. Notifications & Updates

  • Once your product enters production, you will receive regular updates via email or WhatsApp.

  • When your order is ready, you will be notified and provided with shipping details.

6. Customization

  • Select products (like rings, bangles, or bracelets) can be customized for size or design preferences.

  • Customization requests may affect production time and final pricing.

7. Quality Assurance

Every made-to-order product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.

Our team ensures that each piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
