They are crafted in state-of-the-art laboratories utilizing advanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) methods. These methods flawlessly replicate the earth's natural growing environment. Our lab-grown diamonds possess the exact same physical, chemical, atomic, and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded on the exact same scale (the Four Cs) and are visually indistinguishable from natural diamonds, even to trained gemologists without highly specialised laboratory equipment.

No, they are visually identical. Whether you are looking with the naked eye or through a standard jeweler's loupe, it is impossible to spot a difference. It requires highly specialized testing equipment at professional gemological laboratories to identify a diamond's origin.

Diamond simulants like Cubic Zirconia or Moissanite may look similar to lab-grown diamonds initially, but they have entirely different chemical compositions. They do not have the same hardness, brilliance, or durability as lab-grown diamonds, and they will scratch, abrade, and become cloudy over time. Oreya’s laboratory-grown diamonds are pure crystallized carbon, ranking a perfect 10 on the Mohs Hardness Scale. Like mined diamonds, they will never cloud, fade, or lose their brilliance.

Yes. Every Oreya laboratory-grown solitaire diamond is independently evaluated and certified by world-renowned gemological laboratories, primarily the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or the Solitaire Gemmological Laboratories (SGL). Your lab-grown diamond will arrive with its corresponding official grading report, and the lab-grown diamond itself will feature a microscopic laser inscription on the girdle matching the certificate number for absolute verification.

Yes, significantly so. You can typically expect lab-grown diamonds to be priced 60% to 90% lower than mined diamonds of the exact same quality. Their pricing follows the traditional metrics—cut, color, clarity, and carat—just like any other diamond.

Absolutely. Oreya prioritizes your digital security above all else. Our platform utilizes advanced, industry-standard SSL encryption protocols. We do not store any of your sensitive financial information on our servers; all transactions are processed securely through highly encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Because our fine jewellery pieces are of high value and often crafted to order, we require all purchases to be prepaid. This policy allows us to guarantee a fully insured, secure, and highly reliable delivery experience straight to your doorstep.

No, we believe in complete transparency. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden fees—the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

Don't worry! This can occasionally happen due to bank network or server delays. In most cases, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method by your bank within 5 to 7 business days. If your order didn't go through but the charge remains, just reach out to us at hello@oreya.co and we will help you sort it out.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary, fully insured standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Your peace of mind is paramount. Every Oreya shipment is fully insured from our secure facility directly to your doorstep. In the highly unlikely event that a package is lost, we will initiate a formal investigation with our courier partners. Once confirmed lost, we will either remanufacture and replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or opened.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that fine jewelry is often purchased for a special surprise, and security during transit is our top priority. All our orders are shipped in completely plain, tamper-evident outer packaging. There is no mention of "Oreya," "jewelry," or "diamonds" on the outside of the shipping parcel.

However, the inside is a different story. Once the discreet outer layer is removed, your piece is beautifully presented in our signature premium keepsake boxes, ensuring a luxurious and memorable unboxing experience when the moment is right.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our team at hello@oreya.co within 24 hours of placing your order. For security reasons, once a package has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, we cannot reroute it.

Currently, Oreya ships exclusively within India. However, we are working on bringing our lab-grown diamond collections to our international customers soon!

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for a refund, store credit, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Eligible returns and exchanges include free pickup and delivery.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, it must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving the package. You must provide a valid unboxing video as proof when raising your complaint.

Yes. To maintain our quality standards, the following categories are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gold and Silver Coins
  • Nosepins
  • Custom-made or personalized designs (including engravings)
  • Gift Cards

All items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact. We cannot accept products that have been modified or damaged post-delivery. If any original items (like certificates or boxes) are missing, a corresponding fee may be charged from your refund.

Simply reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery. You can use our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@oreya.co. Once verified, our team will assist you with pickup arrangements.

Once your returned item reaches us and passes our Quality Assurance inspection, you can select a replacement piece. The exchange value will be equal to the original invoice price of the returned item.

  • If your new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before we dispatch the replacement.
  • We do not permit partial or split exchanges.
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original purchase cannot be re-applied to the exchange.

Once your returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, which is valid for 12 months. (Please note: Add-on services like third-party certificates or gift wrapping, as well as any taxes, duties, or shipping charges, are non-refundable).

Our courier partner will attempt to pick up your package twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to securely pack and ship the return yourself to our facility at:
