Cancellation Policy

At Oreya, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for every customer. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and customer-friendly while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep and ask the courier to return the package to us. Once we receive confirmation from the courier that the order was declined and returned to the sender, we will process your refund.

Please Note for Custom Items: Orders for made-to-order, personalized, or engraved jewellery are treated as FINAL SALE. Cancellations for these items are not permitted once production has begun, as each piece is handcrafted specifically for you.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Oreya

Oreya reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or limited stock
  

• Incorrect pricing or product information errors
  

• Quality issues identified during inspection
  

• Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
  

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

• Operational disruptions, such as courier delays or unforeseen events
  

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately via email or WhatsApp, and a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

3. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

In the event of a failed payment where the amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within 3–5 working days.

4. Special Note

This cancellation policy applies only to purchases made through our official website, www.oreya.co. Orders placed through any other sales channels, exhibitions, or physical stores are subject to their respective cancellation terms.
