Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Oreya, we strive to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to selected cities across India. You can check service availability for your pin code on the product or checkout page. If delivery is unavailable in your area, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within India. For custom or bulk orders, additional handling or insurance charges may apply.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • An estimated delivery date is shown on each product page before you add the item to your cart.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time. 

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. During festivals, sales, or special promotions, slight delays may occur.

  • If certification is selected, it will take additional 3-4 days to ship the order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will also be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Secure Shipping & Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered to you.

  • Once the parcel is delivered and signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

  • For high-value jewellery, delivery is handled through our trusted jewellery logistics partner for maximum safety. All items are carefully packaged.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct at checkout. Oreya will not be held responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete details. 

7. Delivery Verification

For security reasons, our logistics partners may request a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) at the time of delivery.

If you are unavailable, the delivery agent may deliver the package to a verified recipient at the provided address.

8. Orders Above ₹2,00,000

As per government regulations, customers must provide a valid PAN card number for purchases above ₹2 lakhs.

The billing name must match the name on the PAN card for verification to proceed.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Unreceived Orders

Please inspect your package carefully when it arrives. If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or if the contents seem incorrect (such as missing or wrong items), we recommend refusing the delivery at the doorstep.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please record a clear video while opening the package and capture any discrepancies.

If you notice any damage, tampering, or missing items after accepting the delivery, contact us within 72 hours at hello@oreya.co with unboxing video, photos and your order details. We will investigate and resolve your concern promptly.

10. Delayed Shipping

If we’re unable to ship your order by the scheduled date, we’ll notify you promptly and share the reason for the delay. 

A few additional factors may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

  • Security checks: To ensure order safety, some shipments may be selected for routine verification. If needed, we’ll reach out for brief additional details to help move things along quickly.

  • Unforeseen circumstances: Rare events beyond our control—such as natural disruptions or regulatory actions—may cause delays. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way

  • Stay updated: You’ll receive regular updates on your order status. If you have any questions about delivery timelines for a specific piece, our customer support team is always happy to help.

11. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.

12. Change in Shipping Address

You can request a change in shipping address before the order is shipped by emailing hello@oreya.co with your order number.

Once dispatched, address changes will not be possible.

We aim to deliver every order with utmost care. However, delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen logistics challenges are beyond our control.
