Returns and Exchange Policy

At Oreya, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We take great care in crafting and delivering our jewellery to you in perfect condition. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a hassle-free return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method (excluding add-on services such as third-party certificates and gift wrapping), or opt for an exchange. All returns and exchanges include free pickup and delivery. After our 7-day return window has passed, your piece is covered by our Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, and you must provide a valid unboxing video as proof at the time of raising the complaint.

  • For General Returns (Not Satisfied): The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • In all cases, the product must pass our quality inspection and verification process.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact. In case any items are missing, a corresponding fee may be charged

  • The return will be processed only after quality inspection at our facility. We cannot accept products that have been modified or damaged post-delivery by the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of reason:

  • Gold and Silver Coins

  • Nosepins

  • Custom-made or personalized designs including engravings

  • Gift Cards

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page or email us at hello@oreya.co within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, our team will assist you with pickup or replacement arrangements.

In case of exchange, after the item reaches us, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product. Upon successful verification, you may select another product of your choice. If there is a price difference, it must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.

Exchange Value

  • The exchange value will be equal to the original invoice price of the item being returned.

  • No partial exchanges or split exchanges will be permitted. 

  • If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will not be re-applied.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to receive the refund as store credit valid for 12 months.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free for all eligible domestic orders.

Oreya reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above. The company may modify or update this policy at its discretion, without prior notice.

Please note that this exchange facility is available only for purchases made through our official website, www.oreya.co, and does not apply to jewellery purchased from any other online platform or physical retail store.

Please Note: Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the return shipment will need to be sent back by you to the address below:

Looking for our Lifetime Buyback Policy? Our 7-Day Return & Exchange policy detailed above applies only to brand-new, unworn items you have just received. If you have owned and loved your Oreya jewellery for months or years and wish to upgrade it or sell it back to us, you are fully covered by our Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy.

Under our Lifetime Policy, you can exchange or return your older pieces based on the prevailing market rates for gold and lab-grown diamonds.
